Organic Baby Formula is excluded from the right to return. As we
guarantee that our product is authentic and comes directly from the
manufacturer, we cannot take returns, even if they are unopened. We do
not restock the formula once it has left our warehouse. This provides

There is a low chance that customs will charge extra fees. Anyway, customs
policies vary widely from country to country. Orders shipped outside the

This is an essential question. Correct preparation is vital to prevent any potential harm to your baby. Rest assured, the formula preparation process is simple and efficient.

1. Start by cleaning the bottle, teat, and ring in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes before use.
2. Boil fresh water before each feeding and let it cool down to approximately 50°C / 122°F.
3. Pour about half of the boiled water into the cleaned bottle.
4. Use the provided measuring spoon and add the specified number of scoops according to the instructions. Fill each spoon evenly, without heaping.
5. Close the bottle securely, shake until the powder completely dissolves. Then, add the remaining water and give it a light shake to ensure an even mixture.
6. Allow the formula to cool down (you can place the bottle under cold running water or in the refrigerator) to around 37°C / 98.6°F before feeding. To avoid burns, test the formula on your forearm to check the temperature before feeding. Serve immediately.

Extra Tips:

Always use the scoop provided in the package.

Do not alter the formula by adding extra water or scoops; follow the recommended measurements precisely. Avoid adding anything else to the milk feeds.

Maintain hygiene by preparing feeds freshly; avoid advance preparation. Use feeds immediately and discard any leftovers after the feeding.

Bottles at room temperature should be consumed within 2 hours. Bottles stored in a cooler with ice or a cold pack should be used within 4 hours. Bottles kept in the fridge should be consumed within 24 hours.

Never heat feed in a microwave, as it may create hot spots that could scald.

Use open formulas within 21 days, and sealed formulas should be consumed before the expiration date on the box.
