Information for consumers regarding distance contracts as well as customer information for contracts within e-commerce.
For business relations between us and the purchaser, the following terms and conditions apply for orders placed via the webshop, according to the version that is valid on the day of the order.
The display of our products at our internet presence only contains an invitation for the customer for submitting an offer. When placing an order, the customer submits an offer according to § 145 of the German Civil Code. The customer receives an acknowledgment regarding the receipt of the order via E-Mail. A contract with us is concluded if we accept the customer's order in written or textual form within 2 business days after sending the order. Therefore, the time the customer receives the declaration of acceptance is relevant. A business day is any day that is not a Sunday or a German legal holiday.
The delivery is executed always corresponding to the shipping costs shown in the individual case. We are committed to doing all in our power to ensure your order arrives on time. However, please note shipping times are based on our experiences and can't be guaranteed. Due to postal mishandling, customs authorities, or natural hindrances, in very exceptional cases, delivery time may take longer than 5 business days. In the rare case that your package is delayed or lost, please note that we will have to contact the carrier to start an investigation. It may take up to 20 days to complete the investigation. Once we have the claim confirmation from the carrier, we will gladly issue you a refund.
There is an extremely low chance that customs will charge extra fees. Anyway, customs policies vary widely from country to country. Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. You may also be required to provide an identification number. Any resulting costs are for the customer.
Unfortunately, packages are sometimes damaged during their journey, but unless your sealed package of formula was accidentally opened as well, damage to the box is only cosmetic.
If you receive a badly damaged package, it's necessary to report it to the delivery man and take pictures of the damage. Otherwise, the delivery organizations will deny compensation. Please also don't hesitate to contact us and report the damage. We will then take care of it as quickly as possible.
It is your own responsibility to enquire with your local customs or tax office about the possibilities and which products can be imported and which cannot before ordering.
The delivered goods maintain our property until the completed payment of the purchase price.
Only those payment methods are accepted, which have been displayed to the customer during the ordering process.
The German legal rights on warranty subsist.
- a) We are not subject to any specific and above not mentioned codes of conduct.
- b) Possible input errors with placing an order can be identified and corrected with the help and delete as well as change function at any time of the final confirmation before sending the contractual declaration.
- c) For the particular features of the products offered by us as well as the validity of temporary offers, please turn to the individual product descriptions in the frame of our website.
- d) The language available for the contract conclusion is German.
- e) You can bring complaints and warranty claims to notice under the address stated in the provider identification.
- d) The contract text is not filed by us and thus is not available for you as a customer through us after the conclusion of the contract.

We use your personally identifiable information within our company only and do not disclose information to thirds. We save your full name, your address and, in certain circumstances, your phone number just to ensure smooth shipping. If you want to delete your personally identifiable information, please contact us by mail.

Mother's milk is the best nourishment for your baby. Therefore, WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months and then continued breastfeeding together with a suitable and balanced supplement according to your baby's age. Consult a healthcare specialist (pediatrician, mother's advice, midwife) if your child needs a food supplement or if you no longer want to breastfeed.
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, we are not the manufacturer of the products sold on this site. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what is shown on our website. Please do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings, and directions provided with the product before using or consuming the product.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Excluded from the right of cancellation are edible products. We do not accept returns of sealed products for reasons of health or hygiene.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In the case of a multiple-item order, the value of the coupon is allocated to each item based on the proportion of the item’s value to the total value of all items, excluding shipping, taxes and other charges. A coupon cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping, and handling, or other charges. All coupons have a minimum purchase of $98. Taxes, shipping and handling and other charges do not apply towards the minimum purchase amount. Coupons can not be combined with other offers in the same order. Generally, only one coupon code may be used per order. Coupons are valid for a limited time only. We reserve the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
